I have made this three or four times already and I can say that it had disappeared in minutes. It became all a pile of bones in no time. So, for short it is always a winner. I have to confess this is so tasty that it would be even fit for a king!

1 whole chicken (1.8kg)
2 tbsp curry paste (Thai -red)
200 g coconut milk (organic)
1 tsp ginger (grated)
himalayan salt
pepper freshly ground
