How to make Thattu Vadai or Thattai Murukku Recipe is well famous Indian festival dishes, savoury snack prepared for festivals like Diwali and also a perfect tea time snack. It is very Easy and simple to make with minimal Ingredients which are easily available in the local Market. Thattai is one of the classic snack recipes in Tamil Nadu.

2 cup rice flour
2 tbsp urad dal flour (dry roasted urad powdered and sieved)
2 tbsp daria dal flour (mild dry roasted daria dal powdered and sieved)
to taste Salt

1 1/2 tbsp chana dal soaked in water
Water as required
1/4 cup shredded Curry leaves
1 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Sesame seeds (white)
1 tbsp ghee
Sesame seed oil
2 tbsp urad dal flour (dry roasted urad powdered and sieved)
2 tbsp daria dal flour (mild dry roasted daria dal powdered and sieved)
to taste Salt
