This easy, creamy, delicious homemade mac and cheese recipe is the best!

1 lb macaroni
3 cups water
1 tsp salt
2 cups evaporated milk
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese ( Cabot Seriously Sharp, grated )
8 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese ( Cabot New York )
1 cup panko bread crumbs
3 tbsp butter ( melted )
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp paprika
  • Add macaroni, water, and salt to a large skillet. Place over high heat and bring to a boil for about 5 minutes or until the water has cooked down. Stir consistently.
