The Best Beer Nuts

A version of Ina Garten's roasted nut recipe... I used all cashews and slow-roasted them on the stove-top... flavored with rosemary, chipotle, brown sugar, maple and orange juice. They are a true crowd pleaser and pair perfectly with an ice-cold beer!

16 oz. bag Trader Joe's 50% less salt roasted cashews (or any brand of no salt or low salt cashews)
1 T. unsalted butter
1 T. vegetable oil
1 large sprig of fresh rosemary
1 T. fresh orange juice
2 T. pure maple syrup
2 T. light brown sugar
3/4 t. ground chipotle powder
salt to taste

Rich and fudgy, this easy Chocolate Zucchini Bread is the perfect cross between a chocolate pound cake, brownies, and a classic loaf of zucchini bread! It's moist and tender thanks to sour cream in the batter, and studded with miniature chocolate chips for even more decadent flavor. Serve a couple of slices of double chocolate zucchini bread for breakfast or brunch with a cup of coffee, for an afternoon snack with a glass of milk, or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a delicious dessert.
