Black Bean and Corn Salsa is exploding with flavor and perfect for a BBQ!

3/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans
1 (15 oz.) can black beans
2 (11 oz.) cans white shoe peg corn
2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chiles
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup white onion, chopped
STEP 1: Combine the cider vinegar, water, vegetable oil, sugar, salt and pepper in a saucepan and bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Cool to room temperature.
