The Best Black Bean Burgers

These are the easiest and best black bean burgers I have ever had!!

For the Burger:
1 (16 ounce) can black beans
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 small onion
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 egg, beaten
2/3 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Salt & Pepper, to taste
For the Chipotle Mayo Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise (I used the kind made with olive oil)
2 chipotle Chilies in adobo sauce
1 Tbsp adobo sauce
2 tsp lime juice
Salt and pepper
1 (16 ounce) can black beans

To make the Burger:
Drain liquid from the canned black beans. Place beans in strainer and rinse with water. Pat dry with a paper towel. Place in a large bowl and mash well with a fork.
