The Best Green Peppercorn Beef Celebrating Kampot Pepper

Green peppercorns go beautifully with beef. Here is a recipe inspired by the by the people who hail from the world's most famous region for pepper.

1 lb beef tenderloin (eye fillet) thinly sliced, see note below*
2 tbsp tamari (soy) sauce
2 tbsp peppercorns, green
2 tbsp coconut oil substitute with olive oil
1 inch ginger peeled and finely chopped
5 cloves garlic finely chopped
4 onions small, quartered
1 carrot sliced (julienned)
6 kaffir lime leaves, fresh thinly sliced
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 bunch cilantro (coriander) rinsed and chopped
1 lime
