INGREDIENTS Smoothie:
1/4 cup (55 g) fresh pineapple
1/2 small cucumber
1/3 cup (60 g) broccoli florets
1 cup fresh parsley
1 tablespoon peanut butter
handful of spinach
1 fl oz (30 ml) water
TOPPING Optional:
1 tablespoon goji berries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 tablespoon mix of sliced walnuts and hazelnuts
1/2 tablespoon hemp hearts
1/4 cup (55 g) fresh pineapple
1/2 small cucumber
1/3 cup (60 g) broccoli florets
1 cup fresh parsley
1 tablespoon peanut butter
handful of spinach
1 fl oz (30 ml) water
TOPPING Optional:
