The most amazing Homemade Twix Bars with an easy shortbread crust, a layer of homemade caramel, and melted chocolate on top.

For the Shortbread
1 cup butter, salted, room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
For the Caramel
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
dash of salt

These Almond Joy Cookies couldn't be easier to make! They come together in 5 minutes, don't need baking (just chilling time!), and are delicious fudgey treats. Despite how decadent they look, they are actually low in sugar.

Chocolate Oatmeal Layer:
3 tablespoons coconut oil
3 tablespoons almond butter
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 1/2 tablespoons honey ( or sub date syrup )
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
