1/4 cup olive oil
1 pound Simple Choice uncooked shrimp ( peeled and deveined )
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
