For today's recipes we are sharing with you our absolutely favorite dip ever - The Best Vegan Cheese Sauce.

220 g raw cashews
15 g nutritional yeast
240 ml almond milk
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Soak the cashews in 4-5 cups of water for at least 2 hours. We left ours overnight. When done, drain and rinse the cashews.
