The Best Vegan Pumpkin Oatmeal Recipe

This is the perfect time of year for preparing pumpkin recipes! Here is one of my favorite pumpkin breakfast ideas I'm sure you'll fall in love with it.

6 tablespoons ground rolled oats
3-4 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
6.8 fl oz (200 ml) almond milk
1 teaspoon maple syrup
TOPPING - Optional:
1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • In a small size saucepan, add oats, almond milk, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup (or honey) and bring to boil. Stir constantly until the mixture starts to thicken.
