Being a quintessential Korean dish, Bibimbap is a food item that is packed with unique ingredients and most importantly, a lot of exquisite flavours. Being a rice dish that includes a host of vegetables and meat it is a nutritious and well-balanced food item that could be savoured during any meal times. Here is the recipe for a special variant of this dish served at a well-renowned Korean restaurant in Bangkok which you can prepare from the comfort of your home.

For the meat:
(100 g) ( Oounces beef mince )
1 tsp ( Sugar - preferably brown sugar )
1/4 tsp ( Minced garlic )
1 Tbsp ( Sesame oil )
1 Tbsp ( Soy sauce )
Vegetables and other:
250 g ( Mildly seasoned spinach )
( Steamed rice 3 to 4 serving portions )
4 ( Eggs )
1/2 tsp ( Fine sea salt )
