I grew up eating paella every sunday, it´s what you do when you´re from Valencia, Spain. Even when we lived in California, we ate paella every sunday. That being said, we almost always ate the same paella every sunday, the typical paella Valenciana with chicken and rabbit. 12 raw peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp
8 scallops
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 brown onion diced
1/2 tsp sweet smoked paprika
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup round rice
2 1/4 cups fish broth
1/2 tsp saffron threads
