3 Cups citrus juice mixtures (grapefruit, orange, clementine, lemon, lime)
1 cup water
1 cup sugar (more or less, depending on the acidity)
2 sachets gelatine or 8 sheets of approximately 2 g each
1/4 cup cold water (for gelatin in bag)
1/4 cup boiling water (for gelatin in bag)

STEP 1
Press enough of citrus fruit to the choice to obtain 3 cups of juice. Otherwise, use the juice purchased. Add 1 cup of water in the citrus juice. Put everything in a saucepan, add the sugar, and bring to a boil. During this time, prepare the gelatin (see below).
STEP 2
