3 Cups citrus juice mixtures (grapefruit, orange, clementine, lemon, lime)
1 cup water
1 cup sugar (more or less, depending on the acidity)
2 sachets gelatine or 8 sheets of approximately 2 g each
1/4 cup cold water (for gelatin in bag)
1/4 cup boiling water (for gelatin in bag)
STEP 1 Press enough of citrus fruit to the choice to obtain 3 cups of juice. Otherwise, use the juice purchased. Add 1 cup of water in the citrus juice. Put everything in a saucepan, add the sugar, and bring to a boil. During this time, prepare the gelatin (see below). STEP 2 sachets of gelatine: mix the powder of gelatin with 1/4 cup of cold water. Leave to rest for 1 minute, then add 1/4 cup of boiling water. Mix well and heat in the microwave 30 to 60 seconds or until the solution is homogeneous. STEP 3 sheets of gelatine: Soak the gelatin in a bowl of cold water until they are soft. Drain the gelatine leaf a few seconds in his hand. Step 4 Add gelatin prepared above (the solution of gelatine or the sheets were softened). Mix everything, and then have the hot liquid in a large container or several small individual containers. Leave to cool the preparation to frozen before the put in the refrigerator at least 6 hours.
