The Juiciest Homemade Burgers From Scratch (even the bread)

1 kg (2.2 lbs) mince/ground meat
Sea salt ( to personal taste )
Pepper ( to personal taste )
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon oil ( to cook the burgers in )
Burger sauce:
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
2½ tablespoons tomato ketchup
½ teaspoon dried mustard
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 small onion ( finely chopped )
Additions:
Lettuce
Onions
Tomato
Cucumber

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
