There is nothing better than a party platter when you have a hungry crowd to feed, they´re easy to make and offer an array of flavors. This Spanish Party Platter recipe is loaded with a great combination flavors, done within 20 minutes and has an unmistakeable Spanish presentation.

1 clove garlic
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 7 ounce block Manchego cheese
3 slices smoked salmon
