15 oz. tomato sauce
6 oz. tomato paste
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
Put the first 6 ingredients in a pot over medium heat. Bring to a simmer. Slowly add milk. Simmer for a few minutes.
