2 cans tomato soup
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 soup cans water
pinch of red pepper flakes
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion ( diced )
Brown the ground beef and onion together. Drain. In a large saucepan, mix the tomato soup, water and seasonings. Stir well. Add the ground beef. Bring to a simmer and cook too desired consistency.
