Make this delicious Tomato Upma and serve it along with South Indian Coconut Chutney and Masala Chai for a weekday breakfast.

1 cup rava
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. urad dal
3 curry leaves
3 tbsp Peanuts
1 piece Ginger finely chopped ( 1 inch )
2 green chilli finely chopped
2 tomato
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp peas
2 beans finely chopped
3/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp sugar
3 cups Water
1 tbsp Ghee (clarified Butter)
  1. firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and splutter 1 tsp mustard, ½ tsp urad dal and few curry leaves.
