Tortellini with Spinach and Lemon Cream Sauce

You just need 20 minutes in order to prepare this quick and easy meal made with filling cheesy pasta and a light lemony cream sauce!

12 oz refrigerated or frozen cheese tortellini
1 tbsp + 1 tsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1¼ C whole milk
¼ C fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp lemon zest
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2½ C baby spinach
