1/4 cup sugar

2 Tbsp. milk

1 cup butter ( melted )
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3/4 cup cocoa
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
