1 cup butter ( softened )
1 egg ( egg replacer okay to substitute )
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 cup all purpose flour ( substitute gluten free flour if needed )
1/4-1/2 cup corn flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
