Gooey cheesecake made with tons of chocolate and caramel!

80g butter
100g flour
50g brown cane sugar
3 tablespoon cocoa
100g caramel (I used a ready-made tinned variety)
200g Philadelphia (or similar)
200g milk chocolate
150g sour cream
20g dark chocolate (melted)
Caramel (just enough to drizzle)
Pre-heat the oven to 175°C. ~ Melt the butter and set to one side. In a bowl, mix the sugar, cocoa and flour. Pour in the butter and mix until a thick dough forms. ~ Press the dough into a small springform...
