These Chocolate Cookie Bars are to die for! A chocolate pudding mix makes them super soft and they are filled with chunks of chocolate throughout ensuring deliciousness in every bite. This recipe is super simple and one you are guaranteed to love!

1 cup brown sugar ( packed )
1 package chocolate instant pudding mix
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup white chocolate chips ( divided )
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chunks ( divided )
