Triple Chocolate Gooey Nutella Kladdkaka Muffins

50 g (1/4 cup) dark chocolate
50 g (2½ tablespoons) Nutella
50 g (1/4 cup) butter ( chopped into small pieces )
1 tablespoon brewed coffee
1 egg
75 g (1/3 cup) sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon cocoa
5 teaspoons Nutella ( one for each muffin )
2 tbsp white chocolate ( depends on your preference and how many muffins you make )
