A fudgy, gooey chocolate skillet cookie with semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chunks, and a layer of salted caramel.

Caramel Sauce
½ cup (90 grams) brown sugar
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1 Tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup (6-ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips (reserve about 2 Tablespoons for topping)
4-ounces white chocolate, coarsely chopped (reserve about 2 Tablespoons for topping)

Caramel Sauce
Heat the brown sugar, butter and milk in a medium saucepan over medium low for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the vanilla and sea salt. Cook for 2 minutes
