A cake that is dripping with tropical flavors. Like mango, pineapple, coconut and macadamia nuts. First, I started with a Tropical Mango cake mix from Pillsbury then added all my favorite tropical ingredients. The perfect dessert to serve poolside or at any tropical theme party. Like a luau! Pillsbury tropical mango cake mix
1 egg
1 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
For the Filling:
1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1 cup butter, melted
1 (16 ounce) box confectioners' sugar
1 (8 ounce) crushed pineapple, drained
