Tuna Bites with Corn

This is a great finger food for any party ( or morning sisters breakfast ;)). A perfect combination making you want more and hard to stop popping them in your mouth kind of goodness,

5 oz can of tuna (in water)
1/4 cup corn
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 large hard-boiled egg
20 Ritz crackers
1. Drain water from can of tuna and put in a bowl 2. Add mayonnaise and mix well. 3. Cut hard boiled eggs into small pieces and add to tuna 4. Add the corn and mix with fork. 5. Place 1 tsp of the tuna mix on the Ritz crackers 6. Serve right away. Yum!

8 oz sharp cheddar
4 oz smoked gouda
1/2 t dry mustard
