Tuna chops with mashed potato

this is my mom's one of the best recipe that i love most, and this isn't any kind of copyright it's my mom's own recipe. i hope you'll like it.

boneless tuna fish,
100 grams mashed potato,
1 sliced red onion,
2 table spoon of coriander,
1 table spoon of green chili,
1 egg mixture,
1 and half bowl of biscuit powder,
1 cup of soybean oil.

1 cup of soybean oil.
take a bowl and add boneless tuna fish, 100 grams mashed potato, 1 sliced red onion, 2 table spoon of coriander and 1 table spoon of green chili all together to mix it for 5 min. after then make some small ball shape chops then dip them into egg mixture and put them into the bowl of biscuit powder for coating.
now take a fry pan and pour 1 cup of soybean oil into it; then leave it on top of stove to make it hot for a few minutes. after that put those ball shape chops into the fry pan and fry it. when those chops color gets brown take them out of the pan and serve them with your own decorative style.
