30 grams Brown Rice raw
25 grams Tuna
2 tbsp Green Peas
2 tbsp Bell Peppers
1 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Olive Oil

1. Wash rice and soak it for 15 minutes in water . Drain the rice ,cook it keep aside
