My favorite way to use up leftover turkey! Delicious for Breakfast or dinner.

1 pkg Puff Pastry, thawed
6 slices bacon
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
3 tablespoons chives, chopped
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
1 large egg, whisked
