Fiesta style Stuffed peppers with turkey and quinoa! Easy, filling and healthy!

1 cup quinoa ( cooked )
4 bell peppers ( cut in halves )
1 package ground turkey
Red onions ( diced )
scallions ( chopped )
4 garlic cloves ( minced )
1 can black beans ( drained and rinsed )
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 p Chicken Fajita Mix
6-8 Cherry Tomatoes ( cut into halves )
