Turkey Hash
The turkey hash is hearty and filling! It is a great way to use up leftovers!
3 slices bacon, chopped
1 lb brussels sprouts
2 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt, divided
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons of butter
¾ lbs fingerling potatoes, diced
2 cups leftover or cooked turkey
Salt, pepper
4 eggs
