Turkey Noodle Soup

This is the best soup to freeze for lunch. Great way to use the whole turkey and make so many delicious healthy meals.

Turkey Broth
2 carrots, diced
¾ cup corn
¾ cup peas
¾ cup edamame beans
2 celery stalks, diced
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 leeks, whites only, sliced
½ tablespoon cider vinegar
2 bay leaves
2 chicken bouillon cubes (if needed)
A handful of thyme, rosemary, parsley and sage
