1 1/2 lbs. sweet potatoes
1 lb. russet potatoes
3/4 cup whole kernel corn
2 Tbsp. butter
1 small sweet red pepper ( chopped )
1 rib celery ( chopped )
1 small onion ( chopped )
2 cloves garlic ( chopped )
1 lb. ground turkey
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can (14.5 ounces) chicken broth
2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
