2 cups cooked turkey ( chopped )
1 cup mushrooms ( sliced )
1 medium onion ( chopped )

1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese ( shredded )
1 cup mozzarella cheese ( shredded )
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese ( shredded )
