Turtle Thumbprint Cookies - a brownie bite with a caramel center, coated in pecans! YUM. They look beautiful and impressive but they're really easy to make!

For the cookies:

1 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
½ cup (1 stick) butter
2/3 cup sugar
1 large egg, separated
2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecans, finely chopped

For the Caramel:

2/3 cup Kraft caramel bits
1/2 tsp water

Combine flour, cocoa and salt. In a separate bowl cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the egg yolk, milk and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture, just until combined. Chill dough...
