These Twice-Baked Cheddar and Sage Mashed Potatoes are smooth, creamy, and loaded with flavor!

3 pounds red potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh sage, minced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
