1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs ( room temperature )
1 cup hot water
Caramel frosting:
1/2 cup unsalted butter ( softened )
2 and 1/2 cups powdered or icing sugar
1/2 cup caramel sauce
Twix bars ( chopped )
Shortbread cookies ( crumbled )
Extra caramel sauce for drizzling
