Caramel frosting:
1/2 cup unsalted butter ( softened )
2 and 1/2 cups powdered or icing sugar
1/2 cup caramel sauce
Twix bars ( chopped )
Shortbread cookies ( crumbled )
Extra caramel sauce for drizzling
