Ultimate Vegan Lentil Soup

If you\\\'re a vegan or want to go back to your vegetarian roots, try this amazing lentil soup. It\\\'s completely dairy free and takes less than 30 minutes to cook. Prepare it in the soup maker to save time!

200g Moong Dal (soaked for an hour)
1 Can Tinned Tomatoes
2 Medium Carrots
1 Medium Onion
1Tsp Garlic Puree
1Tsp Ginger Puree
1Tsp Chilli Powder
2Tsp Oregano
100ml Water
Salt & Pepper
If you prefer a creamier soup then I suggest that you add a medium sized potato or some butternut squash to the soup.
