This Vanilla Cream Fruit Tart is perfect for summer BBQs, parties and holidays. It starts with a shortbread crust, covered with sweet vanilla cream, topped with fresh berries and finished off with a simple glaze. It's a showstopper dessert!

Crust::
3/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Vanilla Cream::
12 ounces white baking chips ( melted and cooled )
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (unwhipped)
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Glaze::
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
