These Vanilla Cupcakes with Peppermint Frosting are light, fluffy, and topped with a sweet peppermint swirl!

1 1/4 cups Bob\'s Red Mill Organic Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
Peppermint frosting
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk (or heavy cream)
2 teaspoons peppermint extract
10 peppermint candies or 4 regular size candy canes, crushed
