Vanilla Wafer Balls

4 cups of vanilla wafer crumbs
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped maraschino cherries
2 cups chopped walnuts
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
shredded coconut
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and roll into balls. (I use a cookie scoop that's 2 tsp) Then roll in coconut. Put on a waxed paper lined baking sheet to set up. Note: I keep mine in the refrigerator.
