veg Chowmein Recipe:
5 cups Water
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp. soya sauce
1/2 cup onion ( sliced )
1 tsp. salt ( to taste )
tbsp. oil ( for frying )
1/4 cup celery ( chopped )
1 tsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
1 cup green and red capsicum
1 green chili ( chopped )
1 tbsp. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. spring onion
1 tsp. garlic ( chopped )
1 tsp. salt
2 cups noodles
