Crisp fried vegetables balls are stir fry with Manchurian sauce. It can be prepared as a dry and gravy preparation. Serve with fried rice and noodles.

1 cup Cabbage ( Finely chopped )
1/2 cup Carrot ( Finely chopped )
1/2 cup French beans ( Finely chopped )
1 teaspoon Ginger ( Chopped )
1 teaspoon Garlic ( Chopped )
3 teaspoon Corn flour
2 teaspoon All purpose flour
1 teaspoon Dark soya sauce
1 teaspoon Red chilly sauce
1 teaspoon White pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Onion ( Chopped )
1 teaspoon Cooking oil

Mix vegetables with corn flour, all purpose flour, half of the salt, white pepper powder,ginger and garlic.
