In This Omelette no eggs are used instant of that Tomato and many Indian herbs are sued in it which make awesome and delicious. The Ingredients which are used are Gram flour, tomato, onion, ginger, green chili, Coriander, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Baking soda, Salt and Oil for frying

1 1/2 cup Gram flour
1 tomato ( chopped )
1/2 onion ( chopped )
1 tablespoon ginger ( chopped )
1 green chili ( chopped )
1/2 cup Coriander ( handful, chopped )
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
pinch Baking soda
to taste Salt
Oil for frying
Water as needed

Add the besan, ginger, green chilies, chili powder, turmeric powder, hung curd, garam masala, baking soda and salt.
Give it a good mix.
Add some coriander leaves, tomato & onions and mix it...
