This time we decided to use acai super powder to make a Vegan Acai Oatmeal recipe, to boost our immune system a bit, which is essential nowadays.

Oatmeal:
7 tablespoons ground rolled oats
250 ml non-dairy milk
1 teaspoon acai powder
1 teaspoon liquid sweetener
Topping::
3 blackberries
7 redcurrant
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
1 teaspoon hemp hearts
  • In a small size saucepan, add ground oats, acai powder, liquid sweetener of your choice, and non-dairy milk or water. Stir everything well and bring to boil. Stir constantly until the mixture starts...
