3/4 cups plain non-dairy milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brewed coffee
3/4 cup cane sugar
1/3 cup avocado puree
1 1/2 tbsp neutral oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp avocado extract
1 cup (2 tbsp) spelt flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
