1/3 cup Coconut Oil
Filling:
4 each Avocado
1/3 cup Lime Juice
1/2 cup Heavy coconut cream
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Coconut Milk
1/2 tablespoon Lime zest

salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)
